So, after a few less than stellar 4 episode story arcs we finally get back to the return of Maul storyline. This season has been "meh" I'll admit. They really need to stop being slaves to the 4 episode arc format. Both the Onderon and Droid stories could have benefited from a more streamlined pace. I did however enjoy the young Jedi and their quest to find their saber crystals on Ilum.
However, all the teasers left us last summer all lead to this arc, which I believe is an 8 episode one if my count is correct, and will take us all over the underworld of star wars. I know they go into the depths of Coruscant, if not to level 1313 itself. We'll see Falleen and Black Sun, but no Prince Xizor, and we'll see some stuff that I KNOW will downright infuriate some hardcore fans. I can't wait and it all starts this Saturday morning,

ReplyDeleteThey don't have enough stories for the "main arc" which is why we get "filler" episodes that tend to clutter the season. I'd love to see more CLONE stories myself. Clones fighting in the Clone Wars... shouldn't be too hard.
